The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers has elected five members, including one re-elected member, to its Governing Council for a term of three years beginning from 28th April 2011.
The Governing Council is the policy-making body of the Institute and has ultimate authority for the governance and management of its direction and finances. |

Oluwaseyi Emmanuel Abe, FCS
Mr O.E Abe is the Chief Operating Officer of Magnartis Finance and Investment Ltd, was admitted into membership of the chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in January 1992 and elected a Fellow of the Institute in May 2002.
Mr O.E Abe has been a Council member since February 2005. He was a member of the Institute’s Investigating Panel, Research committee and Examination committee.
He is presently the Chairman, Membership committee and year 2011 Annual Dinner and Awards Night committee. |

Olusola Olajide Oyetayo FCS
Mr. O.O Oyetayo is the Chief Executive Officer of Sola Oyetayo & Co, whose businesses comprised Audit, Tax, Advisory and Management Consulting.
He was admitted into membership of the Institute in June 1996 and elected a Fellow in August 2010. He has been a member of the Annual Conference and Finance committees of Council since 2007 |

Olatunde Mohammed Amolegbe FCS
Mr. O. M Amolegbe is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Pennisular Asset Management & Investment Ltd.
He was admitted into membership of the Institute in 1997 and elected a Fellow in May 2004. He is an active member of the Institute and participated in all activities of the Institute. |

Mrs N.E Edoka is the Head, Securities Trading, Prime Wealth Capital Ltd.
She qualified as a Stockbroker in March 2006 and was admitted as an Associate member of the Institute in November 2007. She has been a committed and active member of the Institute.
She is a member of the Stockbrokers Annual Conference Committee. |

About CIS
The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) is an autonomous statutory professional body established in 1990 and chartered by Act of 1992 to regulate the conduct and practice of stockbroking in Nigeria. The Council is responsible for the formation of strategic direction of the Institute and approving key policies, in the interest of the profession and the public. The Council consists of 26 members made up of elected, appointed and ex officio. |
